Program Terms.

These terms govern your participation in the QuoteLeads Growth Accelerator Program. Please read carefully before enrolling.

Overview

Program agreement.

This Growth Accelerator Program Agreement ("Agreement") becomes active upon successful completion of registration and onboarding. By participating in the QuoteLeads Growth Accelerator Program ("Program"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these terms.

This Agreement operates alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please do not enrol in the Program.

Section 01

Services provided.

QuoteLeads agrees to provide a done-for-you lead generation system to generate leads for the Client's business via the management of paid advertising channels under the Client's branding. During the term of this Agreement, QuoteLeads shall perform the following services:

  • Marketing Channels Managed: Manage and optimise the Client's paid advertising channels
  • Streamlined CRM: Set up and manage a streamlined CRM system for tracking leads
  • Tailored Touchpoints: Implement customised communication strategies to engage leads
  • Dedicated Growth Management: Provide support relating to lead generation, marketing systems, and business growth
  • Automation & AI-Assisted Tools: Utilise automation and AI-assisted tools to support lead handling and follow-up processes where appropriate
  • Tracking & Analytics: Provide tracking and performance insights for campaigns
No Long-Term Lock-In: This Agreement operates on a month-to-month basis following the initial 30-day term.
Section 02

No revenue guarantee.

QuoteLeads does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, or profit outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors outside QuoteLeads' control, including but not limited to:

  • The Client's pricing structure and competitive positioning
  • The Client's sales process and conversion capabilities
  • Responsiveness to leads and follow-up speed
  • Current market conditions and seasonal demand
  • Operational capacity to fulfil new business
  • Local competition and territory dynamics
Section 03

30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If QuoteLeads fails to deploy and operate the lead generation system in accordance with this Agreement, and the Client has complied with all obligations herein, the Client may qualify for a refund of the upfront set-up fee if dissatisfied within the initial 30-day management period.

Definition of "Deployed and Operating"

The system is considered fully deployed and operational when all three of the following conditions are confirmed:

  • The Client's advertising campaigns are live within 7 days of QuoteLeads receiving all required account access
  • The CRM is configured and leads are flowing into it
  • At least one creative set has been approved and is actively running

If all three conditions are met, the system is considered delivered. No refund claim can be made on the basis that the system was not deployed if all three conditions are satisfied.

Important: Refunds apply only to fees paid to QuoteLeads and do not include advertising spend paid to third-party platforms. Advertising spend paid to external platforms is non-refundable.
Section 04

Qualification criteria for the 30-day guarantee.

To qualify for a refund, all conditions below must be met:

1. Advertising Budget

  • The Client must commit to spending the agreed advertising budget for a minimum of 30 days
  • The Client must adhere to QuoteLeads' recommended budget aligned with campaign objectives

2. Follow-Up and Engagement

The Client must make a minimum of 3 documented contact attempts per lead within 48 hours of delivery, logged inside the CRM provided by QuoteLeads. Failure to meet this standard disqualifies the Client from the satisfaction guarantee. Undocumented follow-up attempts will not be considered.

3. Performance Evaluation

  • Maintain records of follow-ups and interactions in the CRM or tracking system provided
  • Notify QuoteLeads of required adjustments in strategy in a timely manner

4. CRM Usage

  • Provide access to an existing CRM or actively use the CRM supplied by QuoteLeads

5. Extended Pauses

A pause is defined as any period during which the Client's advertising campaigns are paused, deactivated, or suspended for any reason, including but not limited to budget withdrawal, account issues initiated by the Client, or the Client's request. Communication gaps or periods of Client unresponsiveness do not constitute a pause unless accompanied by campaign deactivation. A pause of more than 3 consecutive days or more than 7 cumulative days within the 30-day period disqualifies the Client from the satisfaction guarantee.

6. Excessive Requests

  • Requests exceeding one campaign or creative change per week, or those contrary to QuoteLeads' recommendations, may disqualify the Client from the guarantee
Section 05

Responsibilities.

QuoteLeads Responsibilities

  • Build, deploy, manage, and optimise the lead generation system
  • Deliver leads into the Client's CRM or agreed system
  • Provide operational and system-level support

Client Responsibilities

  • Pay the set-up fee
  • Grant access to required advertising accounts
  • Use reasonable efforts to engage and follow up with leads
  • Notify QuoteLeads of any operational or strategic changes impacting campaigns
Section 06

Client interference & platform compliance.

QuoteLeads accepts no liability for campaign performance disrupted by the Client's direct interference with advertising accounts, including but not limited to unauthorised campaign modifications, budget changes made without QuoteLeads' approval, or actions that result in ad account suspension or platform policy violations.

If Client interference causes measurable disruption to campaign delivery, QuoteLeads' performance obligations are suspended for the affected period and the satisfaction guarantee is void for that period.

The Client is responsible for any costs or penalties arising from their own platform policy violations.

Secondary: Email or phone if WhatsApp is unavailable

Section 08

Fees & billing.

Invoice Amount

Fees payable as stated on QuoteLeads' invoice.

Additional Charges

  • Clients are billed monthly for optional SMS credits used inside QuoteLeads CRM and additional services as outlined in proposals
  • Clients pay ad spend directly to advertising platforms
  • QuoteLeads covers the first 50 leads or 500 SMS sent per billing cycle (whichever comes first). This inclusion resets on the same date each month as the Client's invoice date. All usage is measured from invoice date to invoice date. Unused inclusions do not roll over.
  • Thereafter, SMS is billed at $0.10 per message

Billing and Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt. If payment is not received within 5 calendar days of the invoice date, QuoteLeads reserves the right to suspend all services until the outstanding balance is cleared. Days during which services are suspended due to non-payment do not count toward the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period and do not extend any guarantee obligations.

Changes to Fees

Any changes will be communicated in advance and applied from the next billing cycle.

Section 09

Conditions for refund.

Refunds are only applicable where:

  • The Client meets all qualification criteria outlined in Section 04
  • Written notice of dissatisfaction is provided within the initial 30-day period
Refunds outside these conditions are issued solely at the discretion of QuoteLeads and do not constitute an admission of fault or an ongoing obligation. Advertising spend paid to external platforms is non-refundable.
Section 10

Term & termination.

The 30-day initial term does not commence until QuoteLeads has received all required account access and credentials from the Client. Any delay by the Client in providing access does not count toward the 30-day period. The commencement date will be confirmed in writing by QuoteLeads once all access has been received.

Thereafter, this Agreement continues on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with written notice.

Confidentiality, IP, and limitation clauses survive termination.

Section 11

Intellectual property.

Ownership and access to all advertising accounts, creatives, and data transfer to the Client only upon receipt of all outstanding fees owed to QuoteLeads. Until all fees are settled, QuoteLeads retains the right to suspend or restrict access to any accounts, systems, or assets under its management. This applies in the event of non-payment, early termination by the Client, or any unresolved outstanding balance.

QuoteLeads retains ownership of all proprietary systems, templates, processes, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering the services.

Section 12

Confidentiality.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the term of this Agreement, including business strategies, data, and system designs.

Section 13

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteLeads' total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client to QuoteLeads in the preceding 30 days.

QuoteLeads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or revenue.

Section 14

Governing law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
