Pay Per Lead
Terms.

These terms govern all Pay Per Lead orders placed through quoteleads.com.au. By purchasing leads, the Customer agrees to be bound by this agreement alongside the standard Terms & Conditions of QuoteLeads.

Section 01

7-Day
Replacement Policy.

QuoteLeads commits to delivering leads that meet the verified criteria set out in Section 03. Where a lead falls outside those criteria, the Customer is entitled to a replacement subject to the conditions below. Replacement requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of the lead's delivery date. Requests submitted outside this window will not be considered.

Replacement requests are valid where a lead falls outside the Customer's confirmed coverage area, contains unverifiable or incorrect contact information, or is otherwise materially non-compliant with the confirmed order criteria. All requests must be submitted through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process within 7 calendar days of the lead's delivery date, with sufficient supporting detail to substantiate the claim. The QuoteLeads team cannot manually review disputes that have not been submitted through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process. Requests submitted via any other channel - including email or direct messages - will not be considered valid replacement requests.

Valid replacement requests will be fulfilled at no additional charge, subject to the volume limits set out in Section 03.

In Plain Terms
Flag a bad lead within 7 days through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process and we'll replace it. Disputes not submitted through QuoteLeadsHQ cannot be reviewed.
Section 02

Delivery
Timeline.

Lead delivery commences within a few hours of confirmed, cleared payment. The full order volume will be delivered over 7-14 business days in most cases, and up to 30 days where geographic targeting or market conditions require additional optimisation time, unless an alternative schedule is agreed in writing at the time of order.

For orders of 100 or more leads, delivery may take up to 90 calendar days from cleared payment, reflecting the additional campaign scale, targeting, and pacing required to maintain lead quality at volume. QuoteLeads will endeavour to deliver within a shorter timeframe where campaign conditions allow, however no guaranteed delivery schedule applies to bulk orders of this size.

Delivery is paced to protect lead quality and optimise response rates. Rush delivery may be available on request, subject to campaign capacity at the time.

If QuoteLeads fails to deliver the full confirmed order volume within the agreed delivery window, the Customer is entitled to a refund for undelivered leads at the per-lead rate paid. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@quoteleads.com.au. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of written notification.

Section 03

Verification &
Replacement Policy.

All leads are verified prior to delivery. Verification covers contact accuracy (phone and email) and geographic compliance (confirmed within the Customer's confirmed coverage area). Leads that fail either check are filtered before delivery.

Where a lead is delivered that does not meet the Customer's confirmed criteria, QuoteLeads will replace it at no charge. The following limits apply:

  • Standard replacement: Up to 10% of total order volume where individual leads fall outside the confirmed criteria.
  • Elevated replacement: Up to 20% of total order volume where the Customer demonstrates through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process that more than 10% of delivered leads contain verifiably incorrect contact information or fall outside the confirmed coverage area.

Replacement requests exceeding these thresholds will not be accepted, regardless of circumstances. These limits represent the full extent of QuoteLeads' replacement obligations under this agreement.

Section 04

Platform Usage
Requirements.

To maximise lead outcomes and maintain eligibility for replacements and platform access, Customers are required to actively manage their leads within QuoteLeadsHQ. The following are mandatory requirements, not recommendations:

  • Leads must be managed within QuoteLeadsHQ. Exporting leads to an external CRM as the sole tracking method does not satisfy this requirement.
  • AI SMS must be active and correctly configured to enable immediate lead response.
  • Leads must be contacted promptly - within 5 minutes of delivery where possible.
  • Follow-up sequences must be completed through the platform on Days 2, 5, and 10.
  • The Customer must maintain a documented sales process within QuoteLeadsHQ.

Failure to meet these requirements may reduce or void the Customer's eligibility for lead replacements. The Customer accepts this condition at the time of purchase.

Where platform non-compliance is minor or unrelated to the disputed lead, it shall not be used as grounds to deny an otherwise valid replacement request.

Section 05

Payment &
Refund Terms.

Leads are non-refundable digital goods. Once a lead has been delivered it cannot be "returned." All sales of delivered leads are final.

Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation. Upon clearing, funds are immediately committed to advertising platforms, campaign infrastructure, and lead generation operations.

Once payment has cleared, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for delivered leads. Funds deployed to advertising platforms cannot be recouped. This applies regardless of campaign performance, lead conversion outcomes, change of business circumstances, or any other reason not expressly stated in these terms.

The 7-day replacement policy set out in Sections 01 and 03 is the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with lead quality. Replacement - not refund - is the only recourse available for delivered leads that fall outside the confirmed criteria. No other remedy, including but not limited to refunds, credits, or payment disputes, is available under this agreement.

Leads are not guaranteed to convert into sales, quotes, appointments, or any other business outcome. The Customer acknowledges that lead quality (verified contact information and geographic compliance) does not constitute a guarantee of conversion. QuoteLeads' obligation is to deliver verified, exclusive leads that meet the criteria set out in Section 03 - not to guarantee any commercial result from those leads.

Where QuoteLeads fails to deliver the confirmed lead volume within the agreed window, the Customer is entitled to a pro-rata refund for undelivered leads at the per-lead rate paid, without requiring further written justification beyond the order confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of the refund request being submitted in writing to contact@quoteleads.com.au. This is the only circumstance under which a monetary refund may be issued.

Payment Commitment
Leads are non-refundable digital goods. Replacement is the sole remedy for off-criteria leads. Leads may not convert - conversion is not guaranteed. The only monetary refund available is a pro-rata refund for leads not delivered within the agreed window, as set out in Section 02.
Section 06

Standard Terms
Still Apply.

Australia only. QuoteLeads is an Australia-only platform. Pay Per Lead orders and the QuoteLeadsHQ platform are intended solely for businesses located in Australia, and we do not offer, sell, or provide access to leads, the Services, or the platform to anyone outside Australia. By completing payment, the Customer represents and warrants that it is located in Australia and operates a business registered in Australia. QuoteLeads reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access for any person or business located outside Australia.

All other provisions of the QuoteLeads Standard Terms & Conditions remain in full force for Pay Per Lead orders. This includes acceptable use, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law (Queensland, Australia). Where the Customer also holds an active QuoteLeadsHQ platform account, the account inactivity and data deletion provisions set out in the QuoteLeads Platform Terms (/quoteleads-terms) also apply.

In the event of any conflict between this document and the Standard Terms & Conditions, this document prevails solely in respect of Pay Per Lead orders.

Section 07

Agreement
Acceptance.

By completing payment through the QuoteLeads checkout, the Customer confirms they have read and understood these Pay Per Lead Terms in full and agrees to be bound by them. The Customer specifically acknowledges and agrees to each of the following at the point of purchase:

  • Leads are non-refundable digital goods. Once delivered, leads cannot be "returned" and all sales of delivered leads are final.
  • The 7-day replacement policy (Sections 01 and 03) is the sole and exclusive remedy for any lead quality concerns. No refunds, credits, or payment disputes are available as an alternative to replacement.
  • Leads are not guaranteed to convert into sales, quotes, appointments, or any other business outcome. Lead quality (verified contact details and geographic compliance) does not constitute a guarantee of conversion or commercial result.
  • Funds committed to advertising platforms are non-refundable and non-recoupable.
  • Replacement requests that satisfy the criteria in Sections 01 and 03 will be fulfilled. QuoteLeads retains the right to reject requests that do not meet the documented criteria and must provide written reasoning for any rejection.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process within 7 calendar days of delivery. The QuoteLeads team cannot manually review disputes that have not gone through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process. Requests submitted through any other channel will not be valid.
  • The Customer confirmed their acceptance of these terms by checking the required acknowledgment box at checkout before completing payment.
  • For orders of 100 or more leads, the Customer acknowledges that the delivery window extends to up to 90 calendar days from cleared payment and that no guaranteed delivery schedule applies to bulk orders of this size. QuoteLeads will endeavour to deliver sooner where campaign conditions allow (as set out in Section 02).
Section 08

Dispute
Escalation.

Where a replacement request is denied and the Customer disputes that decision, the following escalation path applies before either party pursues formal legal action:

  • The Customer must first submit a written dispute to contact@quoteleads.com.au outlining the grounds for the challenge and referencing the original QuoteLeadsHQ dispute submission.
  • QuoteLeads will respond in writing within 5 business days with either a resolution or a written explanation of the denial.
  • If the matter remains unresolved, either party may refer it to a mutually agreed independent mediator under Queensland mediation guidelines.

Neither party is required to proceed to formal legal action without first attempting the above escalation steps in good faith.

Good Faith Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt resolution through the escalation steps above before pursuing litigation. This process protects both the Customer's right to challenge a decision and QuoteLeads' right to reject claims that fall outside the documented criteria.
