Pay Per Lead
Terms.

These terms govern all Pay Per Lead orders placed through quoteleads.com.au. By purchasing leads, the Customer agrees to be bound by this agreement alongside the standard Terms & Conditions of QuoteLeads.

Section 01

7-Day
Replacement Policy.

QuoteLeads guarantees the quality of every lead delivered. If a lead does not meet the Customer's agreed criteria, the Customer must raise a replacement request within 7 calendar days of the lead's delivery date. Requests submitted outside this window will not be considered.

Replacement requests are valid where a lead falls outside the Customer's confirmed coverage area, contains unverifiable or incorrect contact information, or is otherwise materially non-compliant with the confirmed order criteria. All requests must be submitted through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process within 7 calendar days of the lead's delivery date, with sufficient supporting detail to substantiate the claim. The QuoteLeads team cannot manually review disputes that have not been submitted through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process. Requests submitted via any other channel - including email or direct messages - will not be considered valid replacement requests.

Valid replacement requests will be fulfilled at no additional charge, subject to the volume limits set out in Section 03.

In Plain Terms
Flag a bad lead within 7 days through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process and we'll replace it. Disputes not submitted through QuoteLeadsHQ cannot be reviewed.
Section 02

Delivery
Timeline.

Lead delivery commences within 24-48 hours of confirmed, cleared payment. The full order volume will be delivered over a 7-14 day window unless an alternative schedule is agreed in writing at the time of order.

Delivery is paced to protect lead quality and optimise response rates. Rush delivery may be available on request, subject to campaign capacity at the time.

If QuoteLeads fails to deliver the full confirmed order volume within the agreed delivery window, the Customer is entitled to a refund for undelivered leads at the per-lead rate paid. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@quoteleads.com.au. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of written notification.

Section 03

Verification &
Replacement Policy.

All leads are verified prior to delivery. Verification covers contact accuracy (phone and email) and geographic compliance (confirmed within the Customer's confirmed coverage area). Leads that fail either check are filtered before delivery.

Where a lead is delivered that does not meet the Customer's confirmed criteria, QuoteLeads will replace it at no charge. The following limits apply:

  • Standard replacement: Up to 10% of total order volume under normal circumstances.
  • Maximum replacement: Up to 20% of total order volume where a genuine quality dispute exists.

Replacement requests exceeding these thresholds will not be accepted, regardless of circumstances. These limits represent the full extent of QuoteLeads' replacement obligations under this agreement.

Section 04

Platform Usage
Requirements.

To maximise lead outcomes and maintain eligibility for replacements and platform access, Customers are required to actively manage their leads within QuoteLeadsHQ. The following are mandatory requirements, not recommendations:

  • Leads must be managed within QuoteLeadsHQ. Exporting leads to an external CRM as the sole tracking method does not satisfy this requirement.
  • AI SMS must be active and correctly configured to enable immediate lead response.
  • Leads must be contacted promptly - within 5 minutes of delivery where possible.
  • Follow-up sequences must be completed through the platform on Days 2, 5, and 10.
  • The Customer must maintain a documented sales process within QuoteLeadsHQ.

Failure to meet these requirements may affect the Customer's eligibility for lead replacements.

Section 05

Payment &
Refund Terms.

Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation. Upon clearing, funds are immediately committed to advertising platforms, campaign infrastructure, and lead generation operations.

Once payment has cleared, no refunds or credits will be issued. Funds deployed to advertising platforms cannot be recouped under any circumstances. This applies without exception, regardless of campaign performance, change of business circumstances, or any other reason not expressly stated in these terms.

QuoteLeads' sole obligation upon receipt of payment is to fulfil the confirmed lead volume within the agreed delivery window. Refunds are available only for undelivered leads as described in Section 02.

Payment Commitment
Payment activates live campaigns immediately. No refunds or credits. No exceptions. QuoteLeads shall deliver leads until the order volume is fulfilled.
Section 06

Standard Terms
Still Apply.

All other provisions of the QuoteLeads Standard Terms & Conditions remain in full force for Pay Per Lead orders. This includes acceptable use, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law (Queensland, Australia).

In the event of any conflict between this document and the Standard Terms & Conditions, this document prevails solely in respect of Pay Per Lead orders.

Section 07

Agreement
Acceptance.

By activating Pay Per Lead, the Customer confirms they have read and understood these terms in full and agrees to be bound by them. The Customer specifically acknowledges:

  • Funds committed to advertising platforms are non-refundable and non-recoupable.
  • Lead replacements are subject to the percentage caps in Section 03 and are provided at QuoteLeads' assessment.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process within 7 calendar days of delivery. The QuoteLeads team cannot manually review disputes that have not gone through the QuoteLeadsHQ dispute process. Requests submitted through any other channel will not be valid.
