Lead Packages
Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

QuoteLeads (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides exclusive, qualified lead packages to clients (“you”, “the client”) on a month-to-month basis.
Each package includes a guaranteed minimum number of qualified leads (e.g. 10 leads, with a minimum of 10 delivered).
Leads can be sent directly to your email, SMS, or CRM, or accessed via the QuoteLeads CRM platform.

2. Payment & Terms

• Packages are billed monthly via invoice at a fixed package price, based on the selected lead amount.

• This is a month-to-month service — there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

• Payment is due upon invoice issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Renewal is optional and based on mutual agreement or continued payment.

3. Lead Quality & Replacement Policy

• All leads provided are pre-filtered and vetted to ensure qualification criteria are met (service type, location, contact accuracy, and intent).

• We guarantee delivery of at least the minimum number of qualified leads in the purchased package.

• Invalid leads will be replaced at no additional cost, provided they fall within our defined criteria below and can be reasonably verified.
  A lead may qualify for replacement if it meets any of the following:

  • The phone number is consistently unreachable after multiple attempts

  • The enquiry is clearly outside the service area selected during onboarding

  • The job request is not relevant to the service category selected

  • The enquiry is clearly spam, fake, or automated

  • The exact same enquiry is sent twice through our system (duplicate)

  To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, we may ask for brief confirmation (e.g., call attempts, screenshots, or notes) so our team can verify the issue and issue a replacement accordingly.

  This process protects both sides and ensures your pack maintains full value.

• QuoteLeads will verify all claims before approving replacements.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client is solely responsible for lead follow-up, communication, quoting, and service delivery.

• QuoteLeads has no control or responsibility over your conversion rates, sales outcomes, or revenue generated from leads.

• Leads must be contacted promptly to maintain qualification integrity.

5. Performance Disclaimer

• While QuoteLeads guarantees lead delivery as described, we make no guarantees regarding sales volume, conversion rate, or profitability.

• Lead results may vary based on client response time, service quality, pricing, reputation, and market factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

• QuoteLeads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our leads, CRM, or systems.

• Liability is limited strictly to replacement of leads deemed unqualified per section 3.

7. Termination

• The agreement may be terminated by either party at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

• Outstanding invoices for completed or active lead packages remain payable in full.

8. Acceptance

By purchasing a QuoteLeads Lead Package and/or paying the corresponding invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
