No. That is the point of the build. We set up the campaigns, write the creative, configure the targeting and run it for the first 30 days. You approve the ads before they go live and you can see everything at any time, but you are never asked to build or manage anything yourself.

Around $50 a day is the usual starting point, and none of it comes to us. Your ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your own card on your own ad account. That means no markup on any lead, and your cost per lead falls as the campaigns optimise rather than staying fixed at whatever a lead seller charges.

Because you are buying the asset rather than the output. Bought leads stop the day you stop paying, and the price per lead never really comes down. Here the campaigns, funnel, creative and data are yours permanently, so the same spend gets cheaper per job over time and you keep the whole lead generation system if you ever stop working with us.

By how much there is to run, and you only need to trip one of two things: wanting 60 or more enquiries a month (around $100 a day and up in ad spend), or more than one campaign (a second offer or a second service area). Either one and it is the $5,000 Growth build, with the first 30 days of management included and $1,200 a month + GST after that if you want it kept running on our system (ongoing optimisation, reporting and QuoteLeadsHQ access), because it is several engines being run rather than one. None of them and it is the $2,500 Standard build, with the first 30 days included and $600 a month + GST after that, also optional. 30 to 60 enquiries a month takes around $50 a day in ad spend. The lead generation system stays yours. The campaigns, ad account, funnel, creative and every lead you have collected stay exactly where they are, on your accounts, because they were never on ours. You can run it yourself, hand it to an in-house marketer, or give another agency access. The one thing that does not come with you is QuoteLeadsHQ. It is our platform, not part of the system you own, so the AI SMS follow-up and CRM pipeline stop when your QuoteLeadsHQ access ends.

Exclusive, always. The campaigns run under your brand and the homeowner agrees to hear from your business by name before they submit. There is no marketplace, no second buyer and no version of this where the same enquiry goes to three of your competitors.

The build takes 24 to 48 hours once you have granted access, and first leads usually arrive within 24-48 hours of the ads going live. What arrives first is a trickle rather than a flood, because campaigns need a few days of data before they find the right people consistently.

It can run alongside them, but be straight with us on the call about what is already live so we can keep the audiences and accounts from competing with each other. If your existing campaigns are already producing qualified leads reliably, tell us that too. We would rather say the timing is wrong than sell you something you do not need.

You change it. The system is yours, so you can point it at a different campaign type, a different postcode set or a different job size whenever you want. If we are still managing it we do that for you. If we are not, the accounts are in your name and nothing is locked.
