If you don't have 10 quote-ready leads within 30 days of your ads going live, we keep running and optimising the system with no management fee until you do, for up to 60 extra days. You don't pay another month until you've had your 10. Every lead has to be quote-ready, or it doesn't count.
What counts as a quote-ready lead
A homeowner in your service area who came through your funnel, gave their name, phone, email and postcode, and answered every question on our standard 8-question solar survey:
- What they're interested in: solar, battery or both
- Whether they already have solar, and if it has a battery
- How old their system is (if they have one)
- Their feed-in tariff (if they have one)
- Their average quarterly power bill
- Whether they own the home (renters are screened out)
- What type of property it is
- When they're looking to install
Some leads upload their power bill too, as an optional extra. Want different questions? Swap any of the 8 for what matters to your business at onboarding, as long as the total stays at 8. Duplicates of a lead delivered in the last 90 days don't count.
Got a dud? Within 72 hours, call it once, note the attempt and move it to Closed Lost with a note starting "UNQUALIFIED:", and it won't count toward your 10. The only exception is a lead that replied positively to the AI SMS.

Yes. We control who comes through the funnel and what they tell us. We can't control whether you ring them back or send a quote. That's why the 72-hour flag needs a logged call attempt: it keeps the guarantee about lead quality, which is the part we're responsible for.
Yes. The guarantee covers funnels with up to 8 qualifying questions on top of contact details and location, which is enough to cover everything a solar quote needs. You can add more, but every extra question means fewer people finish the survey, so beyond 8 the guarantee no longer applies.
At least $50 a day for the guarantee to apply, and none of it comes to us. Meta bills your ad spend directly to your own card on your own ad account. No markup on any lead.
You keep everything: the ad account, the funnel and its domain, the survey data and every lead, because it was all built and registered in your name. Management after your first 30 days is optional, month to month.
Within 48 hours of you granting access to your Meta assets, your ads, funnel and survey are built and ready for you to approve and go live. Granting access takes about two minutes on our connect page. First leads usually arrive within a day or two of the ads going live.

Promotional guarantee terms.
1. The offer
- This is a limited promotional offer from QuoteLeads for Australian solar businesses with an active ABN. One per business. We may withdraw or change it for new sign-ups at any time. Anyone who has already signed up keeps the terms they signed up on.
- The build fee is $2,500 + GST, paid before the build starts. It includes the first 30 days of management from the day your ads go live.
- After that, ongoing management is optional at $600/month + GST, month to month.
- Ad spend is not included. It is billed by Meta directly to your own ad account.
- We register a new domain for your funnel in your name, separate from your existing website, and hand the funnel over to you in full. The first year's domain registration is included. Renewals after that are yours.
2. The 48-hour launch
- Within 48 hours (business days, AEST) of access being granted to your Meta Page, ad account and Pixel, your ads, funnel and survey are built and ready for your approval to go live.
3. The guarantee
- If fewer than 10 quote-ready leads have been delivered 30 days after your ads first go live (the guarantee period), we keep managing the system with no management fee until the 10th is delivered, or for 60 days, whichever comes first (the extension).
- The guarantee is the free management described above. It is not a refund of the build fee.
- After the 10th lead, or at the end of the extension, management continues at $600/month + GST only if you choose it.
4. What counts as a quote-ready lead
- A homeowner, or the decision-maker for the property, in the service area agreed at onboarding, who submitted through your funnel, gave their name, phone number, email and postcode, and answered every qualifying question shown to them.
- Unless we agree otherwise at onboarding, the qualifying questions are our standard 8: (1) what they're interested in (solar, battery, both or not sure); (2) whether they already have solar, and whether it has a battery; (3) the age of their system; (4) their feed-in tariff; (5) their average quarterly power bill; (6) whether they own the home; (7) the property type; and (8) when they're looking to install. Questions 3 and 4 are only asked if they already have solar. Any answer to question 8 counts.
- A lead who says they rent the home doesn't count. Uploading a power bill is optional and isn't needed for a lead to count.
- You can swap any of the standard questions for your own at onboarding. The guarantee applies to funnels with up to 8 qualifying questions, not counting contact details and location. The agreed questions are recorded in writing at onboarding. Changing them after launch needs both of us to agree, and the guarantee period restarts from the change. While a funnel asks more than 8, the guarantee doesn't apply.
- A lead with the same phone number or email as one delivered in the previous 90 days is a duplicate and doesn't count.
- Whether you call, quote or win the job doesn't affect whether a lead counts.
5. Flagging a lead
- You can flag a lead within 72 hours of it being delivered to QuoteLeadsHQ.
- To flag a lead: call it at least once and note the attempt in the lead's notes in QuoteLeadsHQ (for example "Called 2:15pm, no answer"), move it to Closed Lost, and add a note starting "UNQUALIFIED:" with the reason.
- A flag doesn't stand if the lead replied positively to the AI SMS follow-up.
- A lead validly flagged within 72 hours doesn't count toward your 10. Leads not flagged within 72 hours count.
6. Conditions
- The guarantee applies while: your daily ad budget is at least $50; your ads stay live and your ad account and payment method stay active; the AI SMS follow-up in QuoteLeadsHQ stays switched on for every lead; the service area, offer and targeting stay as agreed at onboarding unless we agree a change; and you give us the access, approvals and information we need, when we ask.
- The AI SMS follow-up must stay on for the whole guarantee period and extension. It's how a lead's response is checked when you flag it. If it's switched off for your account or for individual leads, the guarantee no longer applies.
- Days where your ads are paused or limited because of something on your side (a declined card, a budget cut, a paused campaign, an account restriction caused by your business or content, waiting on your approval) are added to the end of the guarantee period or extension.
- We may decline the offer at onboarding if your service area or budget makes 10 quote-ready leads in 30 days unrealistic. If we do, we refund anything you've paid.
7. Leaving
- There is no lock-in. You can end management at any time by emailing contact@quoteleads.com.au. Ending it during the guarantee period or extension ends the guarantee.
- The ad account, Page, Pixel, funnel, funnel domain, creative, survey data and every lead stay yours either way. QuoteLeadsHQ is our platform, so the AI SMS follow-up and CRM pipeline stop when your access ends. You can export your leads before that.
8. General
- These terms sit alongside our system terms. Where they differ, these terms apply to this offer.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Lead numbers depend on your market, offer and budget. The guarantee is what we commit to if the numbers fall short. It isn't a prediction of results.
